FRIED KALE AND CAULIFLOWER RICE WITH SALMON

INGREDIENTS

120 g. kale
1 handful of cauliflower rice
oil
parmesan
lemon
100 g. salmon fillet Rossini or Faroese
coriander

PROCEDURE
Fry kale and cauliflower rice in a little oil in a hot pan for 3 minutes.

Top with grated parmesan, coriander and the salmon cut into thick slices.
