1 chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp agave honey
3 tbsp gum dressing
2 small bags of squid ink (from the fishmonger)
Toasted sesame seeds
Put the chicken breast in a bag with a tablespoon of honey and let it soak for approx. 1 hour. Then bake it in the oven for about 25 minutes at 185 degrees (or until it feels done).
Cut the cauliflower into small florets, toss in olive oil. Sprinkle a little salt over and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes (or until it turns deliciously golden).
Mix a dressing of gum dressing and ink.
When the cauliflower is finished baking, pour the dressing on top and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
Serve it all nicely with the chicken breast and enjoy a healthy and delicious dinner.
