SPICES SALAD WITH MARINATED MEAT

INGREDIENTS
100 g scallions
30 g edamame beans
50 g cottage cheese
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper


BEEF 3 POTIONS
400 g. beef strips
3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
4 tbsp cane sugar
4 tbsp tamari
Grated ginger to taste
2 cloves of garlic
1 dl peanut oil

PROCEDURE
Mix everything for the meat together in a bag and mix well. Add the meat and leave it to soak overnight in the fridge or min. 4 hours - the sugar helps to make the meat nice and tender.

The next day, fry the meat until crispy in a pan at medium heat, take a little meat at a time so that it is not boiled, but fried.


SALAD
Cook edamame beans.
Cut scallions into thin strips. Mix it with cottage cheese, edamame beans, dill and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Add the crispy pork jowls and enjoy the delicious dish.


TIP
You can also use beef strips if pig's jaws are not your thing.
