GREENIE

INGREDIENTS
200 g. cold-pressed apple juice
Ginger, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon bee pollen
50 g. avocado, possibly frozen (can be bought in Super Best)
100 g. spinach or kale preferably frozen


PROCEDURE
Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy your delicious greenie.

Eat possibly a bar of about 200 calories together with. Or some nuts
