HEALTHY COCONUT TOPS

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon honey (agave tastes super delicious)
80 g grated coconut


PROCEDURE
Mash the banana and add eggs. Then you add coconut and honey and stir it all together well to a uniform mass.


Now form small peaks on a baking sheet and bake them for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees hot air. They are ready when they get a golden, delicious colour.

Alternative to the slightly sweeter and heavy tops, and thus you don't feel so heavy after eating a few of these.
