KALE WITH RED PEPPER AND TOFU
INGREDIENTS
Kale
Hard tofu
Red pepper
1 tablespoon peanut oil
DRESSING
Orange juice from 1 orange
1 teaspoon honey
A little olive oil
PROCEDURE
Squeeze all the liquid out of the tofu and cut it into small squares. Fry it over high heat in peanut oil until it turns golden brown.
Cut the kale and red pepper into strips and mix it all together and fry it for 2 minutes until it is just warm.
Mix the dressing and let it soak before pouring it on your dish.
