TOMATO SOUP
INGREDIENTS
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
10 diced tomatoes
1 tbsp vegetable broth, preferably Herbamare
Salt and pepper
Basil
Oregano
A little bit of creme fine
Parmesan, sour cream and a little basil for topping
PROCEDURE
Boil 3 dl of water and mix in the boullion. Add all the tomatoes and let it cook for 30 min.
Mix it all together with the desired spices and salt and pepper. Add a little creme fine so it becomes creamy.
Then you have the most delicious tomato soup, which you can top with some sour cream, parmesan and basil.
