TORTILLA PIZZA WITH FIG AND GOAT FETA

INGREDIENTS
1 coarse tortilla pancake
1 tablespoon philadelphia light
1 fresh fig
Rosemary
Gedefeta

SALAD
Field lettuce leaves
Pomegranate
Fresh pear


DRESSING
Apple cider vinegar
Good olive oil
a little coarse mustard
salt and pepper

METHOD
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees . Spread philadelphia light on the tortilla pancake, cut the fresh fig into slices and spread them over the base. Sprinkle the goat's feta over the pizza and sprinkle with a little truffle oil to taste.

Mix field lettuce leaves with pomegranate seeds and cut fresh pear.
