A bundle of coriander
3 tablespoons of truffle oil (I ordered one on from Pastariget, which they call a pesto, but it's just oil with salt in it. The amount and intensity of the flavor are perfect for this creamy pesto ).
1 dl. oil
200 g. almonds
a little salt
the juice from 1/2 lemon
50 g. parmesan if you want it in - not necessary

Blend it as you wish, here I have blended it perfectly.
