1 tablespoon vegetable broth
boiling water that covers half of the vegetables in the blender
1 broccoli with stem
250 g. frozen peas
a small clove of garlic
2 cm peeled ginger
the juice of a lime
skim stirred with a little cooking cream to get a more runny consistency
Pour water into a small saucepan and bring boil it together with the rinsed broccoli. Let it boil until the broccoli is tender, approx. 10 min.
Blend the broccoli with the ingredients for the soup.
And season the soup with salt and pepper.
Top with creamy cloudy roasted almonds, which are just almonds heated in the oven at 175 degrees until they have darkened a little, it takes between 10-15 min.
