For two portions

1/2 frozen banana cut into small pieces
a handful of diced frozen mango
1/2 can of coconut milk
possibly a little milk if it doesn't want to blend

2 dl. porridge
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 apple
10 almonds

Soak the porridge overnight in water. Cook it in the morning. It is not so important how much water is in it, but I usually go for the water to cover the rice and my hand, if I have it over the rice in the pot. Blend the smoothie ingredients.
Mix a little of the smoothie into the porridge rice when they are cooked tender.
Top with more smoothie when you prepare, make a depression in the middle of the porridge, so that more can be poured without it covering all the porridge.
Also top with diced apple and chopped almonds.
