OVERNIGHT CHIA/OATS/ CAULIFLOWER WITH COCOA AND ORANGE

INGREDIENTS

1 dl. oatmeal
3 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. cocoa powder without sugar, so pure cocoa
a handful of cauliflower rice (I buy mine in a bag)
a little grated orange peel
coconut rice milk from Alpro or coconut milk and a little water, or the milk substitute you prefer so that it covers the mixture, and it seems quite messy - both chia seeds and oatmeal absorb a lot of liquid

The topping I have chosen here is:
1/2 The Protein Kitchen Protein Bar Chocolate & Peanut
coconut flour

Mix the ingredients, let it soak for a few minutes. Stir again and leave overnight.

Top with the topping
