OVERNIGHT CHIA/OATS/ CAULIFLOWER WITH APPLES AND ALMONDS

INGREDIENTS

1 dl. oatmeal
3 tablespoons chia seeds
a handful of cauliflower rice (I buy mine in a bag)
coconut rice milk from Alpro so it covers the mixture, and it looks quite messy - both chia seeds and oatmeal absorb a lot of liquid

TOPPING 
1 diced apple
cinnamon
10 slivered almonds

Mix the ingredients, let it steep for a few minutes. Stir again and leave overnight.

Top with the topping
