CRACKBREAD

INGREDIENTS
1 dl chia seeds
1 dl coarse oatmeal
1 dl linseed
1 dl chopped almonds
2-3 dl water

PROCEDURE
Mix all seeds and core together and add 2 dl water. Let it rest a little, and if the dough is too thick, add a little more water.

spread the dough on a baking tray to the desired thickness (approx. 5 mm) and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees fan for approx. 25 minutes.

Let it cool and then break it into the desired sizes.


TIP

You can easily make a large portion and save it for several days. Then you have snacks for longer.
