Gluten-free protein sausage horn

I actually love sausages, especially the ones we buy from Jysk Naturkød, which is a website I found that sells organic meat at good prices.

Normally, I think there is a lot of bread in a sausage horn like this, so now I have made my own take on a sausage horn, with pea flour and a dollop of cottage cheese, so that we increase the protein content without compromising on the good taste.

Sausage horns are easy to make in small muffin tins, so there may not actually be sausage horns, but the content is the same!:) 

You simply blend the following ingredients:

250 g. pea flour

4 eggs

450 g cottage cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon of baking powder

Cut the sausages in half and place them in the mold. Pour the batter over. Bake for 30 min.
