RUM BALLS WITHOUT GLUTEN

INGREDIENTS

To make 14 small rum balls, you will need:
65 g. hazelnuts
240 g. black beans (1 can)
70 g. coconut oil (3 tbsp)
30 g. cocoa powder (4 tablespoons)
50 g. gluten-free oatmeal (5 tablespoons)
3 tablespoons sugar, which has almost no calories

 

PROCEDURE 
Roast the nuts in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 min.
Roll them in a clean cheesecloth so they lose the shell.
Chop them finely so you can roll the rum balls in them. You can also use other nuts, or coconut.

Blend the ingredients or use a hand mixer or food processor for it.

Form the balls and roll them in the nuts - a good alternative when the sugar craving arises!
